Boy and Girls
As a kid, if you did something of the opposite gender, you were looked at as weird. For example, if a boy was caught playing with barbies, people would automatically think he is gay. These days, we need to not assume anything. If you think about it, a little boy is playing with a barbie maybe because he saw someone else do it. No one ever considers a child’s use of a copycat. I think anyone should be able to do what they want with nothing being said. If you think about it, most toys are gender affiliated. There was an article I read, “Children as young as 9 months-old prefer to play with toys specific to their own gender, the study found, suggesting that boys and girls follow different developmental trajectories with respect to selection of gender-typed toys”. This shows how children like to play with toys affiliated with their gender. What’s different between boys and girls? What mannerisms make them different. Have you ever talked to a boy and they said they don’t cry. They grew up with not crying being engraved in their mind. I personally don’t know why this is even a thing. Guys should be able to be emotional whenever they want. Boys tend to be more aggressive and angry. Interestingly enough, boys talk later than girls. Boys are more known for playing sports, especially football, basketball, and baseball. They are definitely more physical, love roughhousing. Ever since my brother started playing football, he loves to bodycheck me. Or he’ll pick me up over his shoulders and chuck me on the couch. In his mind, it’s really fun, definitely not in my mind. There’s never even a good reason to do it. Girls tend to be more social, they know how to interact with others more. Girls are known for being sassy, they’re also violent but in different ways. They can verbally destroy you with words. Messing up your mind. With language, girls learn the language a lot faster. Girls also tend to have a larger vocabulary, which tends to the universal thought of girls talking a lot. The differences between boys and girls are very apparent. Have you ever thought about how life would be if the roles were reversed? Why are people being judged for doing opposite gender activities? These days, people aren't letting people be who they are taught, not judging others.
